Uché Ewelukwa Ofodile is a professor of law at the University of Arkansas School of Law in
Fayetteville, Arkansas, where she teaches in a broad range of courses
including International Trade Law, International Investment Law,
Intellectual Property Law, Law & Development, and Business and Human
Rights. She is an active member of the American Bar Association Section
on International Law (ABA-SIL) and currently serves as the Co-Chair of
the Committee on Investment & Development and the Vice-Chair of the
Committee on Corporate Social Responsibility of the association.
Professor Ewelukwa is widely published. Her articles have appeared or
are forthcoming in the Yale Human Rights and Development Law Journal,
Transnational Dispute Management., Michigan Journal of International
Law, and Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law.
